Veronica Flake

Veronica Flake, 92, of Kelso passed away Nov. 13, 2023.

She was born Jan. 13, 1931, in North Dakota, to Joseph and Margaret (Leiss) Dillinger. Veronica moved to the local area from Yakima.

Veronica had a nursing career that spanned from 1969 to 2010. She enjoyed reading, hiking, camping, working with stained glass and loved her pets. She was outgoing, adventurous, religious, crafty and an avid reader.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Flake; and three children, Mark flake, Vince Flake, and Christina Flake.

Survivors include two grandchildren, Kyle Flake of Kelso, and Christina Cramer of Longview.

At Veronica’s request, no service will be held.
