David Clark Jr

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, son and friend, David C. Clark Jr, 49, of Longview lost his battle with cancer at home with his wife by his side March 10, 2024.

David was born on March 26, 1974 to David Sr. and Linda Clark in Vancouver, Washington. Dave grew up and graduated from Woodland high school in 1992.

Dave was a hard worker and began working while he was in high school. He then retired from working on the BNSF Railroad for 29 years where he made many friends and will be remembered fondly. 

 Dave enjoyed camping, fishing, riding his Harley, soaking in a hot tub, going to the movies, going to church and spending time with his family and friends. Dave looked forward to motorhome trips to the various National Parks and multiple Thousand Trails camp grounds with his family.

 Dave loved his family more than anything and was a generous provider with a soft and kind heart.

 David is preceded in death by his Father, David Clark Sr., his mother, Linda Clark (Seagraves), and his sisters, Karla and Audrey.

 He is survived by his wife, Shalana Clark, son Conner (Alan), daughter-in-law Xandra, granddaughter Evelyn and unborn grandson. Son Cameren and grandaughter Audrey. Daughter Ashlee, son David III, and step daughter Shrilana. Sister Melanie and brother-in-laws Bud and Mike as well as Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 A celebration of Dave’s life will be held at the First Baptist Church - 747 Wheeler Street, Longview, Washington on April 11, 2024 at 4pm
