Donna Mae Dubke

Lifelong local resident Donna Mae Dubke, born September 27th 1941 in Longview Wa passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 29th 2022 in Kelso Washington. Donna was a graduate of Mark Morris high school class of 1960. Donna was a caring, feisty at times, loving mother, sister, wife, grandmother, and friend.

Donna’s outgoing personality lead her too many lifelong friendships in the bowling community and also local clubs like the Eagles, Elks, and Legion. Donna also enjoyed gardening, crafts, gambling, watching baseball all around the country, traveling and vacationing with her brothers. Donna’s true passion was bowling. She spent many years in the local bowling alleys and going out of town for tournaments with the girls.

Donna was very active in her boys sporting events never missing a game, a match or tournament. Her voice can still be heard at the local baseball fields. She also loves spending time with her grandson riding carnival rides, shopping, going out to eat at McDonald’s and hanging out.

Donna was married to the love of her life Harold for 31 years. After Harold lost his battle with cancer, Donna found love again with Wayne Dalton who she adored deeply, and spent the last 15 years of her life with.

Donna is survived by her son Kevin, (Jaime and Kasen) Dubke, brothers Mike (Sue, Rusty, Missy) Niemi, Chuck (Kay, Kim and Dana) Niemi and numerous relatives in Minnesota.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents Arnie and Vilma Niemi, her husband Harold Dubke, her in-laws Al and Jan Dubke, her son Chuck Dubke, and Wayne Dalton.

Her memorial service will be held at Steele Chapel Memorial Park in Longview, Wa December 19th at 11 AM. With a celebration of life following the service.
